What I Always Keep in Mind at The Gym

Here's what I do and Why I do it.

1) small reps but a lot of wieght. I pick up a lot of wieght in small reps (like 5-10 only). I make sure I'm doing it safely to. It is clearly impossible to build muscle without giving it stress. I give it enough stress to trigger growth.

2) Less cardio time BUT more intense. The more intense the cardio, they less muscle breakdown and the more fat burn.

3) After coming home, I eat a lot of fruits AND vegetables. Your body needs calories to rebuild itself and it needs nutrients. This is the perfect combo. I also take in zero fat milk for protien.

Repeat this process 3-4 times weekly and you'll see why less is more.
